The beginning of Creekside Manor started way back in 1987. Founder, Rusty Minter created attractions Nightmare on 3rd Street, Perigord Cemetery, Rigormortus Funeral Home, Tayman Manor, Addamsville Terror Complex, and Creekside Manor. By his side through all of these haunts was his partner in haunting, Tim Bass.

Rusty and Tim were friends for decades, designing and creating multiple haunts. Buying, selling, and trading hearses, caskets, and funeral home supplies. And shared countless evenings of consuming cold Coors Light and Jack Daniels straight from the bottle.

Tim was diagnosed with cancer and lost his battle on January 29, 2023. The staff of Creekside Manor, including Rusty's son, Daiden, and Tim's son, Zack, set on a journey to create a new haunted attraction to pay homage to Tim and his dedication to the haunt industry.

Tim's memory and his love for Halloween will live on within the gates of Creekside Manor.

We love you, Tim. You'll never be forgotten.
